Salesforce Automation
Stop paying Salesforce prices for a manual spreadsheet
Custom Flows, Einstein AI integration, and the automations that make Salesforce worth what you pay for it.
Salesforce owns 21.7% of the global CRM market, 3x larger than the nearest competitor. 150,000+ companies use it, including 90% of the Fortune 500. FY2025 revenue hit $37.9 billion. Einstein AI processes over 11 trillion LLM tokens. Marketing Cloud delivers 299% ROI over 3 years. Yet the average Salesforce admin costs $83,750 per year, and most orgs still use the platform as a glorified spreadsheet because nobody has built the automations that turn it into value. We fix that.
Flow-based automation
Salesforce Flow replaced Process Builder and Workflow Rules as the automation standard. It is powerful but complex. We build Flows that automate lead assignment, opportunity management, case routing, approval processes, and cross-object updates. The goal: your team interacts with Salesforce for decisions, not data entry.
For logic that exceeds Flow’s capabilities, we write Apex. But only when necessary. Flow handles 80% of automation needs without code, which means lower maintenance costs and easier modification by your admin team.
Integration architecture
Salesforce does not exist in isolation. It connects to your marketing platform, billing system, support desk, ERP, and custom applications. We build integrations that keep data synchronized bidirectionally, eliminating the manual export/import cycles that waste hours every week.
We use Salesforce’s native integration capabilities (Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, Change Data Capture) where possible, and middleware (MuleSoft, n8n) for complex multi-system orchestrations.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Ask us directlyDo you do Salesforce administration?
We build automations, integrations, and custom solutions. We are not a managed services provider for day-to-day admin. We build the systems, train your team, and hand them off.
Flow or Apex?
Flow first, always. It covers 80% of automation needs, is easier to maintain, and does not require a developer to modify. We use Apex only when Flow genuinely cannot handle the requirement.
Can you integrate Salesforce with our other systems?
Yes. HubSpot, Marketo, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, custom ERPs, and anything with an API. Bidirectional sync, real-time or batch, depending on your requirements.
