These terms govern your use of agency-os.ai and how engagements with Agency OS work. Plain language on purpose.

Content on this site is provided as-is for information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation until we are engaged and say so in writing.

Engagements

Every engagement is scoped in writing — deliverables, timeline, and price — before work begins.
Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, full IP in the delivered work transfers to you at completion of payment.
Thirty days of post-launch support are included in build engagements as described in the engagement agreement.

SMS terms & conditions

By opting in to SMS from Agency OS you agree to the following. We offer two message programs, each with its own independent consent: service messages (appointment confirmations, project updates, service notifications) and marketing messages (offers, announcements, case studies).

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Agency OS.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply START to resume; reply HELP for help, or contact info@agency-os.ai or (319) 409-6747.
Mobile information and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing; see the Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Engagement-specific liability terms live in the engagement agreement.
